Maternal/Infant Care
WellFlorida Council is the lead agency for two Healthy Start coalitions. The goal of Healthy Start is to reduce infant mortality, reduce the number of low birthweight babies and improve health and developmental outcomes.
HIV/AIDS
WellFlorida works with the following programs to help improve the lives of those affected by HIV/AIDS and to educate the public about the scope and spread of the disease.

North Central Florida Ryan White CARE Program offers medical services to HIV-positive persons. The Housing Opportunities Program (HOP) helps HIV-positive persons with housing needs.

Rural Health Network

Members of the Rural Health Partnership of North Central Florida actively work together toward a common goal: to improve the health of rural Americans in North Central Florida. Current members include hospitals, clinics, health departments, EMS agencies, medical and mental health providers, medical suppliers, consumers and businesses.
