The WellFlorida Council manages the local Ryan White Program, which offers assistance to HIV-positive persons with services not covered under any other existing program.
To be eligible, a person must:
provide proof of HIV-positive status and be a resident of Florida and have an income less than 300% of federal poverty level.
Each client is assigned to a case manager who tracks the client through the system, develops a plan of care, acts as an advocate, provides information, makes referrals as appropriate and coordinates services.
