Hernando County residents encouraged to take survey
WellFlorida News Release
Adults, age 18 and older, and adults with family members, who have a mental health illness and/or drug or alcohol problem are encouraged to take a brief online survey. Survey results will be used to improve behavioral health services in Hernando County and divert individuals away from the criminal justice system and into treatment. The survey is being conducted by WellFlorida Council for LSF Health Systems. Survey participants can enter to win a $25 gift card. To take the survey, go to www.WellFlorida.org and select “surveys.” For more information, contact Lindsey Redding at email@example.com or 352-313-6500 x 110. The survey will close April 6.
Funding for this project is provided by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) through the Criminal Justice, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse (CJMHSA) Reinvestment grant program.
