Board Development & Training

Throughout its history of nearly five decades, WellFlorida has had the opportunity to foster the development of many community groups taking them from a loose band of volunteers to full-fledged, incorporated nonprofit entities. The cultivation of these entities requires a substantial amount of board development and training so that members may ultimately take over these programs and manage them effectively. In fostering the growth of these groups, WellFlorida has developed a vast array of board development and training tools and techniques that can be employed with newly developing boards or as refreshers for seasoned boards.
