Continuing Education

WellFlorida identifies subject matter experts and coordinates trainings for clients’ specific healthcare education needs. Many WellFlorida trainings are CME-, CNE-, and CEU-approved through our partners at Suwannee River Area Health Education Center. For healthcare professionals and other staff who interact with patients, Rural Health Partnership at WellFlorida offers 4-5 trainings per year on Health Information Technology. Other training topics have included caring for patients with a cancer history, mental health, tobacco cessation, cancer screenings and breastfeeding education. WellFlorida also provides technical support and facilities for continuing education events.
