Opioid and substance misuse in Florida is a serious problem that is being felt by our youngest and most vulnerable citizens — infants. To address the epidemic of Substance Exposed Newborns (SEN), Hernando & Pasco SEN Taskforces invite you to the 2nd Annual Education & Beyond: Supporting Substance Exposed Newborn Communities. This groundbreaking summit is being held virtually from 11am to 1pm Friday April 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30, 2021.

The event is designed for medical, healthcare and hospital professionals, and all others involved in caring for women of child-bearing age, and addiction and substance exposed newborns. Registration is offered at the low rate of $45 per attendee, with CEUs for all in attendance.

Do not miss this opportunity to engage with national leaders and community resources to learn strategies on being part of the solution in prevention, intervention and treatment for substance exposed newborns. Register now at Education & Beyond: Supporting Substance Exposed Newborn Communities (cvent.com).  Please call 352-596-8000 for more information.
