Bradford and Union County Survey

Community members, including healthcare providers, of Bradford and Union counties are invited to share their views on health and healthcare by taking a 10-minute survey at www.WellFlorida.org. Survey participants will have the opportunity to win a $20 gift card. Survey results, along with research and health-related data, will be used to assess the region’s most pressing health needs. Suwannee River Area Health Education Center (SRAHEC) and the North Central Florida Cancer Control Collaborative (NCFCCC) are hosting a joint live event for health professionals, advocates and parents on the benefits of the HPV vaccine and its ability to prevent cancer in both men and women.

Diabetes self-management education (DSME) is a required evidence-based component of diabetes management as it significantly improves patient outcomes.
