FreeDOM Clinic in Ocala held a two-day mega-clinic in July where it provided FREE medical, dental and eye care using volunteers to over 1,500 patients. Community Health Workers collaborated with MyHealthStory Technology Evolution Specialists to help patients register for MyHealthStory on iPads at the event. Patients who registered will be able to receive online, securely and privately, their health information from the FreeDOM Clinic visit.
