Cancer Connections and WellFlorida’s North Central Florida Cancer Control Collaborative (NCFCCC) are teaming up for a Lunch and Learn on the the topic “Triple Negative Breast Cancer” with guest speaker Dr. Tina Lam. The Lunch and Learn will be held on Oct. 19 from 12 to 1 p.m. at HealthStreet, 2401 SW Archer Road, Gainesville. FreeDOM Clinic in Ocala held a two-day mega-clinic in July where it provided FREE medical, dental and eye care using volunteers to over 1,500 patients. Community Health Workers collaborated with MyHealthStory Technology Evolution Specialists to help patients register for MyHealthStory on iPads at the event. Patients who registered will be able to receive online, securely and privately, their health information from the FreeDOM Clinic visit.
