Health Insurance Marketplace Navigators will be available at Lake Butler Hospital to help North Central Floridians enroll in insurance before the Feb. 15 open enrollment deadline. The health insurance enrollment events will take place on Saturday, Feb. 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 15 from 1 to 5 p.m. The hospital is located at 850 East Main Street, Lake Butler.

Spanish speaking Health Insurance Marketplace Navigators will be available to help individuals, families and businesses enroll in health insurance prior to the Feb. 15 deadline on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Live Oak Public Library. With the end of enrollment looming, Santa Fe College is holding an Affordable Care Act Information Week from Monday through Thursday.

Health care marketplace navigators will be in the breezeways of Buildings S and P to answer questions and assist students, faculty and staff who are interested in enrolling in an ACA insurance plan.

Health care navigators, insurance brokers and insurance agents will be on hand Saturday to help people without healthcare coverage enroll for insurance through an Affordable Care Act plan.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Wooly, 20 N. Main St. in downtown Gainesville.

There will also be a health fair with blood pressure screenings, diabetes screenings, nutrition advice and an “ask the pharmacist” feature.
