Diabetes self-management education (DSME) is a required evidence-based component of diabetes management as it significantly improves patient outcomes. Designed for pregnant women and mothers with children up to age three, the bulletins are published by WellFlorida Council and Healthy Start. Topics include birth spacing, gestational diabetes, birth plans, coping with crying and more.
